as gray hairs start appearing on my 27-year old head, i am realizing that it is crucial knowing when enough is enough; whether it's a good thing or a bad one. i always thought too much of a good thing was excellent! but at this point i am realizing that even sweet things must have a limit. and when we are accustomed to a rather high tolerance for extreme pleasures and excruciating pain, whether we are receiving or exerting it, we must realize that the higher the pleasure, the more painful fall is. anyway - that was just a note to self to know when to just say "no more".
