MFG/PRO financial modules (GL, AP, AR, and Fixed
Assets) at the leading connectivity and cable
manufacturer. |

was responsible for the analysis of
current financial processes, their
adaptation to Arthur Andersen's Global
Best Practices and ensuring
their fit with QAD's financial modules. |

On
top of his functional consulting and his analysis
of process requirements and system gaps, he
participated in project management
and issue resolution by monitoring the project in
days and cost, preparing status reports, and presenting
them to project’s Steering Committee during
weekly status meetings. |

Mr.
Taravati was also in charge of converting
and migrating the GL, AP, AR and Fixed
Assets financial data from
Nortel Networks Oracle Financial
Modules to NordX/CDT's newly
implemented QAD system. |
