partners ensured final approval and agreement
from all the parties in less than three months,
and lead the program into profitability
in less than 6 months with a successful
sale and launch of the newly designed
fast-track implementation at a leading
retail client. |

Hooman directed
the management of the relationship by developing
joint marketing and sales effort agreements.
In order to increase and to accelerate
the return from the program, he also
developed and customised the program in order for
it to be applied in the Health Care sector in collaboration
with the Andersen Houston and Dallas
Healthcare practice. |
